iDENTITY PROJECT

The aim of this project was to draw an image of myself. I wanted to draw something that showed what I wanted to be in my future. So after doing alot of research about Architects and trying to bring my culture to the piece, I finally decided to do a peice that combined all. I was very much inspired by the work of the Architect, Antoni Gaudi who inspired me to make my final piece using a mixture of colored tiles and broken mirrors. I wanted the buildings to look old because where i come from Old houses where made out of Mud and looked very much like this peice above. I love using mirrors in my work because they represent a reflection, So it kind of reflects the career I'd like to follow in my future.

Oddly Beautiful

Although it is Not the best shelter anyone can wish for. But strangely with its coloured door and broken walls, it looks beautiful.
